This website is participating in a project to stop attacks and educate visitors with infected machines about how they can clean up their systems. Your computer or another computer on your network appears to be compromised with a virus or malware which allows online criminals to use it as part of a botnet to send spam and attack websites.

It could be that if you are connected via a dynamic IP address (one which frequently changes when you connect) that a past user of that IP was infected, while your system is not. In that case you can complete the captcha which will let you in temporarily and can leave a message which I'll read and be able to whitelist you so you don't get prompted.
