Oh God, that never occured to me when I saw the tweet. i just assumed he had some link to the people at C5 and was doing them a favour. I already watched DoI and that was bad enough, please don't make me watch Big Brother!

I disagree on both counts. Dave has made it perfectly clear that he needs the money, so I don't think he would be particularly picky. And Celeb BB has been consistently entertaining - far better than the normal show.

And I think he would be entertaining too. You don't have to do a song and dance to be entertaining on BB. I imagine that what we all like about him on R1 would come across on BB as well.

Tbh i really don't know. I think it would probably depend on who the other contestants were as well. But i just think that he wouldn't stay in very long and would be quite grumpy maybe.

I think his grumpiness is quite endearing though. Dave is quite deadpan a lot of the time but he laughs a lot as well and I think what makes him popular on the Moyles show would transfer to Celeb BB very well.

Time will tell. Part of me hopes he doesnt do the show, but I would love it if he did!

I'd watch anything Dave decided to go on , DOI was rubbish but enjoyed his rubbish routines immensely and obviously switched off after he got (wrongly!) voted off. The same applies to this dross.

Well going on the comments about 35 mins into today's show it would seem Dave is doing something. They turned it into talk about swimming, but sounded like there is something Dave is up to after the show. He also mentioned, when they were talking about someones leaving do, that he would be 30 miles away....which was a bit of an odd thing to say, if he was at home he would surely say so.

I hope he isn't doing celebrity big brother. Doing it on the regular channel 4 series would be sinking low enough, but to do it on 5 with even less viewers and lower rate celebrities? I can't see it to be honest. Maybe he's hosting, or hosting BBLB?

May be voiceover work, Marcus Bently (the Geordie fella) sometimes does continunity announcements & voiceovers for Channel 4/E4/More 4, so I imagine he's contracted to the Channel 4 Television Corporation.
