In fact one of the funniest shows i have ever heard was when you were late one morning, you did the show from your mobile. Heard you getting dressed, leaving the house...if i remember correclty you tripped going out the door. I LOVED IT. You are a real guy with the same crap issues we all have. i can relate.

Been a faithful listner since being stationed in East Anglia for 3 years back in 2003, been a huge fan ever since!!! Now i listen to you and the team on satellite here in the US.

I completely agree. I listen to the show every day and I think Chris does a fantastic job on the breakfast show . If Chris is late to the show, who really cares? It's funny to here Dom and Dave trying to pad until he gets there! I'm not licking Chris' ass but let's just give him a break guys...

In fairness, Chris whinging about people getting angry at him being late, etc, is among the funniest of starts to the show I've ever heard.

I lay in bed giggling at him.

And I'm exactly the same, but I don't give myself 3 minutes, I tell myself I'll stay in bed until 8.45. And I will not get up until 8.45 exactly (or later)

come off it all. He aint leaving. He loves his job. and I suspect he will sign a new contract if he already hasn't
