So therefore you arent xenophobic and are instead just racist towards the Welsh? I heard Aled on the surgery tonight and though he was brilliant. I never listen due to the fact that I can't stand Kelly but I listened tonight just to see how it went with Aled and I must say it was a lot better.

I thought the first five minutes were awful - I lost count of the number of times he said "..as I have just said" in that time - the next ten minutes got better, the first caller went okay-ish, then he got the text number wrong - after that, for some reason, he relaxed and sounded great, and got better and better as it went on.

He was clearly much happier when talking to the callers or chatting about the texts than when doing the scripted links - which is reasonable, given what he is used to I guess. I thought it worked just fine on the whole.

I forgot to say earlier that Aled called Dick & Dom on Sunday, and he was saying then that if he does the Sunday Surgery again, he will discuss diets & how to lose weight.
