What has been your favourite Moyles rant? Has it been about prices, transport, etc., etc.?

Mine was the afternoon he was dealing with the London Council, I believe, he was going through his "Life on Mars" phase, and he turned into Gene Hunt for the afternoon.

Andy, do you know, I don't think I made notes at the time - and I don't have his rants indexed alphabetically or by subject anywhere to hand. I distinctly remember shouting at the radio on several occasions though.

You know another one I loved was the where Chris was on public transport, and he only had a £50.00 note. The bus had no change, I think, and he was rattling on about that.

Dunno if it qualifies as a rant but when he went on about cleanliness saying he used two sheets of bog paper to open public toilet doors etc, one to hold the handle and one to wipe his hand with afterwards. He was exaggerating most of it but then found it funny that so many people were texting in saying "I do that too!"

Yes Viv, it is true and that rates highly for me. Whenever I find myself in a frustratingly shit situation of wondering where my trains got to my blood pressure rises and his voice starts playing in my head as though he were doing the rant again.

Favourite rant? Let me think.. ... I like his barrackings about his liberal-wet listeners. I sight an example - this mornings show (Wed-31-10-07) when it may have seemed he was having a 'real' go at Aled. We know he wasn't, but you always get an avalanche of texts complaining. Maybe they are new to the show?! Chris just tells them to, and I quote "screw off if you don't like it!" Pure class.
