I'd probably stop listening to Radio 1 altogether if Dom and Dave left the show. As for the R1 playlist, it makes me cry angry tears. When's Karl Pilkington on?

Hello everyone!

I started listening to The Chris Moyles Show in the beginning of July this year. Before discovering Moyles I pretty much hated radio. Anyway, after stumbling upon his show by accident one July morning, I was hooked, and I haven't missed a show since. For me his show is quite important as I'm half British and was born in London, but I live in Finland at the moment, and so radio is just about the only British media I can follow over here. Through Moyles' show I can keep up with what's going on over there and that's quite important to me as I do get very homesick sometimes.

However, I also listen to other radio shows such as Russell Brand, Jonathan Ross and Scott Mills. These shows are great (although Scott's shows covering for Moyles a few weeks back were awful), but they do lack the special something that Moyles and his team seem to have.

So, the reason why I listen to Moyles is because he IS good! As I said, I hated radio before I accidentally tuned in to Moyles, and the only thing I can blame for still tuning in is Moyles' magic!

Steve, You asked a question and I think the forum has answered it. I think it's down to taste which is different for everyone. I Like Chris, dislike just about everyone else on the station. I remember when we all loved Mike Read but I had mates who couldn't stand him! Some people don't like Wogan and yet he has the biggest following of all. You have asked a question that has answers that will never satisfy you. Stay and chat with us in future if you want but don't expect us to change our mind to your way of thinking - unless, of course, he stops appealing to us.

God no... I love Moyles and wouldn't slag him off. Just don't think the show would be the same without Dom and Dave.... Yeah I saw Pilkington on CH4, he's class in a glass.
