Computer fan Jason Read is beginning his attempt to smash the longest time anyone has queued for a game.

The 25-year-old will set up camp outside Electronics Boutique in Oxford Street in London.

He plans to queue for 50 days to get a copy of a new computer game, Turok Evolution, which goes on sale on September 6.

He said: "I've been a huge fan of the Turok series and was excited to see that a fourth game is being released later in the year.

"This gave me the perfect excuse to make my record-breaking queuing attempt and I'm fully committed to going all the way."

The name Tracey Cole rings a bell in connection with that single (as in I must've read something about it before bob brought it up), but a quick look at the label on Amazon dredges up similar bilge such as "Unchained Melody" by Natalie Powers, "Whole Again" and "Torn" by Natalie Browne, "Better The Devil You Know" by Kia, "Tubthumping" by Bianca and the entire Abbacadabra back catalogue.
